Joseph Perry has been an entrepreneur and executive in the

health and fitness industry for more than 30 years. He has
extensive experience in corporate start-up, product
development & formulation, manufacturing, operations, sales
and marketing strategies and implementation, including

ƒ In 1974, co-founded Seyforth Laboratories, Inc. and U.S. Laboratories,

Inc. in 1976. Formulated, manufactured and marketed a line of dietary

Juicing – Fred Dudley
• 4-6 Carrots (juicing)
• 1 Apple (juicing)
• 1 Pear (juicing)
• Include the items listed below in a blender…
• 4 Ice Cubes
• 3 Strawberries
• 1 Banana
• 1 Handful of Grapes
• 1 Scoop of NatraBurst

Cranberry Juice – Robbin Batts

• 6 oz. to 8oz. lite Cranberry Juice or Orange Juice
• 1 Scoop of NatraBurst
(shake in shaker bottle)

Cereal – Carol Rochester

• 1Cinnamon Raisin Granola Cereal
• 1 Scoop of NatraBurst

Yogurt – Robbin Batts

• 6-8 oz. of lite yogurt
• 1 Scoop of NatraBurst

• 2 tablespoons of oats (100% natural)

I mix everything together and drink it around 8 or 9am. This diet normally fills me up
until lunch, and at that time I may have an apple or orange. At supper I will eat a salad
with chicken or fish. This program has allowed me to lose more than 45 pounds, in less
than 2 months without working out…

Yogurt – Sedric Coleman

• 4 strawberries or ½ banana
• 6 oz. cup yogurt (lite)
• 2-3 oz. of ice water
• 4-5 ice cubes (blend into a smoothie – makes 2 servings)
• 1-1/2 Scoops of NatraBurst

• Some of my people make smoothies with 1 scoop of NatraBurst.
• Some add fruit and berries.
• Some put it on oat meal after it is cooked.
• Some use milk.

• One gentleman uses OJ or pineapple juice with nutmeg, cinnamon, and ginger.
• I grilled chicken with steamed rice and added pineapple chunks, water chestnuts,
bamboo shoots, red and green pepper strips, and lite soy sauce and poured my
liquid over the rice and chicken.
• I use mine like a salad dressing.
o 1/4 teaspoon vinegar - 1/4 teaspoon OJ to 1 scoop.
o Add a little bit of COLD water and mix to get dissolved.
o Add a little more water a little oil and pour over salad.
ƒ You can also add a little mustard if desired.
• Good with spinach-tomatoes-onion-garlic//Or with orange sections -grapefruit
sections- strawberries - green or red onions slivered almonds or walnuts//can be
used with grill chicken and or grilled sliced steak.
• It is delicious.
So is helping people help themselves. Teaching people to fish.

AT&T is a good company, right?

Most people think so.
But if you Google AT&T Scams, listed below is what you will find.
(9/3/10 at 9:14am). Advanced search About 461 results (0.25 seconds)

Now, I am not bad-mouthing AT&T, in fact I retired from AT&T in 1990 (1-15-1990).
The point that I’m trying to make is that even though AT&T is as great as it is, there are
still some negative things about this awesome company on the internet.

What is so profound about Mark Seyforth is that there is nothing about him that is
negative on the internet. This caught my attention in a Big-way!

Mr. Seyforth has been in this industry for over 30 years.

You know as well as I do, that anyone who has been in this industry for that long usually
has some dirt.

Well folks, I’m telling you that I couldn’t even find a mustard-seed of dirt related to this
great man.
