AUTHORITY TO SELL

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is to authorize the following individuals;

Mr. Cris V. Sampiton and Mrs. Aniceta L. Masbad, all of legal ages, Filipinos,
married and residents of Kidapawan City, Cotabato (agents for the sellers ),

To offer for sale to prospective buyers the following described property,

including all improvements existing thereon:

Title No: TCT-152-T-47432
Are Two Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Seven {2,477}
square meters
Location: Lanao {now Sudapin}, Kidapawan City

Under the following conditions:

1. That the Price of the property is Pesos Fifteen Million {P15,000,000.00)

only,
2. That the Capital Gains Tax, Documentary Stamp Tax, Attorney’s Fee and
other expenses related to the transfer of the title from the seller to the
buyer shall be borne by and for the account ot the buyer,
3. That the property taxes up to the time of the sale, estate taxes and
other expenses related to the transfer of the title from spouses Teodulo
and Sarah Buragay to the seller shall be borne by and for the account of
the seller,
4. That the commission fee of the above-mentioned agents is five (5)
percent of the consummated price,
5. That this authority to sell is not exclusive to the above-mentioned
agents. That consummation of sale shall be on a first-come-first-serve
basis.
