    Greetings!

    I would like to ask permission from your good office to allow my daughter, SZELCA FRIEN N. ZUÑIGA, a
    Grade 11 student of your department, to take special final examination from her subjects taken this 1st
    semester, SY 2017-2018. Our family will visit Sahmyook University in Seoul, South Korea from May 15-
    22, 2018 and it is unfortunate that your final examination schedule also fall on these dates. My daughter
    is very serious with her studies and would never skip examinations if only not for this circumstance. This
    trip is her birthday gift and is really valuable to her and I hope that you will consider this request. Rest
    assure that she will come back the soonest after this trip to comply all her deficiencies.
