Group advanced: Study of the portrait. Making sketches of each other, using charcoals, pen, watercolor.
Group beginner: Regular angular forms. Making sketches from different perspectives, than select one and making a
bigger (paper size: 50x70 cm) construction drawing with pencil. The basic rules of perspective.
2. week: topics
Group advanced: Study of the portrait only with lines, using charcoals or pencil. Observing and studying the facial
details.
Group beginner: Angular and cylindrical forms. Top and bottom view, observing the distortions of circle and the
shadows that appear on the cylindrical surfaces. Practicing of the use of graphite.
3. week: topics
Group advanced: Study of half figure with tones. Studying the connection of the head, neck, shoulder, arms and the
tones that appear on the face. Practicing the use of the charcoals and chalk.
Group beginner: Cylindrical and spherical forms. Artificial and natural lighting, core/form shadow, cast shadow and
reflected light.
4. week: topics
Group advanced: Study of half figure. Artifical and natural lighting, The composition.
Group beginner: Still life, consisting of different materials. Crumpled paper on drapery. Differences between hard, soft,
smooth and rough surfaces.

Group advanced: Drawing a sitting whole figure with lines. The proportions of the human body.
Group beginner: Still-life. Organic forms, fruits, vegetables and plants. Using coloured techniques (pastel, watercolour,
coloured pencils).

Group beginner: Still-life, consisting of different materials. Glass, metal, wood, textiles, paper. Differences between
hard, soft, smooth, rough, glossy and matt surfaces.

Group advanced: Drawing figure in interior space. Using coloured techniques (watercolour, pastel).
Group beginner: Interior depiction. Drawing perspective, one, two and three-point-perspectives, distortion, depiction of
space. Using charcoals and pencil.
9. week: topics
Group advanced: Study of the half figure only with lines. Changing scale (paper size: 70x100 cm). Drawing and thinking
in unusual size
Group beginner: The human cranium. The skull as three-dimensional shape. Drawing sketches from different
perspectives.
Group advanced: Study of the half figure with tonicity (paper size: 70x100 cm). Using charcoals and chalk, drawing with
