CONTRACT OF LEASE

(Motor Vehicle)

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This contract made and executed by and between:

IRENEO G. MOSQUEDA, JR., of legal age, Filipino, and a
resident of B2 L14 Rosal St Nomar II Subd Nov. Quezon City,
hereinafter referred to as the LESSOR; and EVANGELINE
XAVIER, of legal age, Filipino, resident of Camancijan, Culasi,
Antique hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE;

WITNESSETH:

That the parties have hereto agreed as follows:

1. That the LESSOR hereby leases unto the LESSEE his

motor vehicles described as follows:

2. That the monthly rental shall be in the amount of ONE

HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (100, 000.00), per year,
payable every end of the year;

3. That the term of this contract shall be one (1) year

commencing on April 15, 2018 and ending on April 15,
2019, unless sooner terminated by a notice of at least
thirty (30) days before such termination;
 4. All the expenses for the registration, insurance, tire,
battery, fuel, care and maintenance of the leased unit, as
well as any and all damages and liabilities caused to
third parties or the public by reason of any accident
whatsoever, shall be for the sole account of the LESSEE;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto

signed this document this 20th day of April 2018, at Culasi,
Antique, Philippines.
