With reference to the Written Test held on 13th June, 2010, we are pleased to
inform you that you have been declared successful in the aforesaid test. You are now
requested to appear for a Personal Interview at the following address on the date and time
specified below:

DATE : 05/10/2010 REPORTING TIME : 10.00 A.M.

You are requested to bring with you the Original Certificates of the following
and a set of attested photocopies of each for verification at the time of interview :-

a) SSC/ HSC Certificate issued by the Board (or SLC), showing your Date of Birth.

b) Degree Marks List.

c) Bachelor’s Degree Certificate issued by the University and/or Certificate of

Fellowship of the Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai, in case of applicants belonging
to Employees and Agents category.

d) Bachelor’s degree certificate issued by the University and/or Certificate of

Fellowship of the Insurance of India, Mumbai and/or Masters Degree Certificate in
Business Administration in Marketing or Post Graduate Diploma Certificate in Marketing
from a University or by an Institute approved by All India Council of Technical
Education in case of applicants belonging to other category.

e) Certificate of at least 2 years Sales / administrative experience in life insurance

industry, if any.

f) Caste Certificate in prescribed format (a copy of the format is enclosed for ready
reference).

In case you are an existing employee and if you have not completed 3 years of
service after confirmation in Class III post and in case you are selected, you will be
required to resign as a Class III employee before joining as an Apprentice Development
Officer.

In case you are employed in Government Service or Semi-Government Service or

Public Sector Undertaking or Private Employment, you shall have to produce a “No
objection certificate“ from your employer at the time of interview, failing which, your
candidature may not be considered.

Before coming for the interview please ensure that you are eligible according to
the eligibility criteria stipulated in the advertisement notification. If you are not eligible,
your candidature will be cancelled at any stage of the recruitment. Please note that even if
you have qualified in the written examination and subsequently it is found that you do not
fulfill the eligibility criteria, your candidature will be cancelled and you will not be
allowed to appear for the interview.

It may please be noted that, if selected, you will normally be posted in Greater Mumbai.
However, the Competent Authority has the right to post you anywhere in Western Zone,
consisting of Maharashtra, Goa and Gujarat States. If you are so posted, request for
transfer will not be entertained atleast for five years. If you are agreeable to the above,
you may report for Personal Interview on the date and time indicated above.
