Ice cream is a cold dessert with different flavors. With ice cream, more people can taste and enjoy the
world class Ice Cream of EUBU TAWOME. Eubu Tawome Ice Cream Factory, once build a new branch of
ice cream factory, can avail of the following benefits.

1. Greater Income- enables to get new customer/ clients in the location of the new branch.
2. Save time and fuel- enable to deliver to the city of manila even the near city in lesser time.

3. Job/ Worker- more people can apply to the new branch of Eubu Tawome Ice Cream Factory.

4. Economy of the Philippines- Gr4eater Taxes can give to the Economy of the Philippines with the new
branch of EUBU TAWOME Ice Cream Factory.

A. Rationale

Due to the traffic in delivering the ice cream to the customers the administration has decided that it will
need a second branch of factory that located in other part of the city. This will help the company to deliver
easily the product and saves time and fuel.

This proposal intends to deliver easily the product by constructing a second branch factory. This will help
the company to save time, fuel and have a great income. The second branch factory may help the people
to have a job when it was completed. It will also lift the company’s reputation which is one of the major
aims of the company.

B. Project Description

How to build an Ice Cream FactoryA lot of things must an Architect to consider in making a plan of EUBU
TAWOME Ice Cream Factory.

To make the plan, the following must be considered:

~ Area of the location

~ Type of land in the place

~ Number of houses in the location

~ Map of the City

~ Machine of making of ice cream

~ Other machine of making of flavors, cone and etc.

~ Other facilities like packing, offices, parking lot, storage and others.
An Engineer, The one who build the Ice Cream Factory and know the materials that will be use in building
a factory.To build an ice cream factory the following must considered:

~ Capacity of the soil

~ Capacity of the materials

~ Construction workers

~ Machine

1. To explore the other city of Luzon

CORPORATION. In as much as the company delivers product in far location and lack of clients to the
