SUCTION UNIT
The range of Boscarol’s Medical Suction Unit is the result of accurate design
processes, use analysis and conformity to all current norms. Since they first en-
tered the marketplace back in the 90’s, our suction units have been adapted
and designed in order to match all new specific use requests.
Our devices are manufactured to be used in the field of emergency, reanima-
tion, first aid activities and home care for obstructed patient upper airways
that may cause an impediment in the natural breathing process.
Available with different power and dimensions, our suction units are meant to
be installed on emergency vehicles and rescue aircrafts. Due to their special
structure and handily use they can be successfully used in the army as well.
Made with special material resistant to the wearing effect of time and suitable
to their particular use our devices are extremely reliable and easy to use: in fact
they have successfully passed all tests accordingly to IEC60601-1-11 norm de-
aling with the use of medical devices by laic personnel.
Our suction units are entirely manufactured in Italy by our headquarter based
in Bolzano and all productive processes are oriented towards the full respect
of environment, energy conservation, use of clean energy produced in esta-
blishments which are not using fossil fuels and towards the protection of end
users concerning the choice of raw materials.
The Boscarol company constantly applies a quality system on all managing
and production processes and holds the II enclosure for medical devices CE
marked accordingly to what established by Legislative Act 46/97.
Thanks to these characteristics, Boscarol suction units are on top of the range
of the international business competitors.

Manual suction unit
Easy to use manual medical suction units allowing suctioning with no need of electricity. Thanks to
their size they can be easily stored. All models are equipped with removable and reusable col-
lection jar. In accordance with 93/42 Directive and class I risk classified, with the exception of the
newborn model which is class Is (because sterile).
Newborn manual suction unit is to be considered as disposable.
Functional, safe, portable, powerful and economic suction unit, it solely works by hand pressure,
allowing to achieve a depression up to 450 mbar

Boscarol’s bags and rucksacks are the result of years of study and coopera-
tion with doctors and rescuers, with experts in the field of sea and alpine
rescue teams besides international civil protection. Opposite to what is of-
ten thought, our medical bags and rucksacks are specially manufactured
through particular processes that include the choice of the material which
must be resistant to mechanical strain, specific sewing and block-free zip-
pers easy to open although self protection devices are involved. Nothing is
to be considered casual, not even the choice of the colour and the fantasy
of the fabric used for the pediatric line.
Boscarol company is also proud to be the manufacturer of the original RE-
SCUE BAG, designed and produced since 1985 by the founder of the com-
pany itself Mr. Oscar Boscarol, which is currently the most copied bag by the
competitors worldwide.

IMMOBILIZATION
Immobilization devices have only entered the rescue field for few years now,
providing traumatized patients huge benefits in terms of first aid. The studies
performed by our project department and the cooperation with the emer-
gency personnel helped with the design of a wide range of specific products.
Our devices are suitable for limbs and body immobilization, they allow the cor-
rect lifting and safe transport activity of poly-traumatized patients. Extrication
devices, vacuum mattresses, pneumatic splints, rigid and soft cervical collars
are just some of the products we have under this category.

OB Life Support 300 Defibrillator
OB Life Support 300 is a defibrillator featuring pulsed biphasic signal, Multipulse Biowave®. The patient is defi-
brillated using single-patient electrodes which are also needed for ECG and shock release.
Moreover, the user is guided with acoustic and written instructions (different languages available).
The device automatically recognises the connected electrodes (adult or children) and selects the defibrillation
energy accordingly. Available as semi-automatic defibrillators (ref. DAE300) or automatic (ref. DAE300A).
Shock needed analysis. In case ECG interpretation requires a defibrillation, the device automatically informs
the operator that a shock is needed, by pressing the orange button. In automatic mode, the device alerts
the user that the shock will be delivered, and informs the user that the shock has been delivered. When ECG
analysis does not detect an abnormal rhythm, the device alerts the operator that a shock is not needed: a CPR
intervention will be requested instead.
Motion detection function. When the ECG analysis is disturbed by CPR or patient movements, the device in-
forms the user via a voice prompt and a written message on the display.
When the “metronome” is activated, the device sets a configurable pace for the cardiopulmonary resuscitation
(CPR).
Maintenance. A safety check must be performed by Oscar Boscarol srl every 3 years. The internal backup batte-
ry must be replaced at least every 6 years by Oscar Boscarol srl.
An internal safety discharge ensures that the stored energy is discharged within the device every time a defi-
brillation shock was not delivered correctly.
Self-test. Every time the device is switched on, a self-test is performed. In addition, the device performs a daily
or weekly self-test. The device alerts the operator in case an anomaly is detected. Immediately after a battery
has been inserted, the device performs a self-test of the device and battery.

Absorbing Transfer Sheet WRASFER with high absorbency of fluids
It can be used in all situations when a patient should be transferred from one carrier to another, from one bed
to another, from the floor to a carrier etc.
Wrasfer sheet in addition to being highly resistant allows the absorbency of fluids and exudates up to 3,5
liters, which guarantees the optimum containment of possible infections. The product was developed as a
result of a special study with the goal of favoring the transfer of patients in grave conditions by the rescuers in
sea and in all other places, where other methods of transfer could be inadequate and difficult.
The sheet 2 in 1 WRASFER is a disposable device of the risk class I (according to the European Directive 93/42/
CEE) and it is a strong, effective and hygienic solution for safeguarding of patient transfer up to the total
weight of 150 kg as well as a means of rescuers protect from possible contamination due to the patients’ loss
of exudates. It has been specifically studied for the transfer assistance of patients (up to 150 kg) and it has
been designed for use in paramedic services, hospitals, hospital emergency wards, nursing homes, funeral
chambers and for remains transportation in special conditions. It can be used in complement to other means
of recovery and transport such as vacuum mattresses, rescue stretchers, scoop stretchers, Toboga stretchers
etc.

Trainer OB Life Support 300 defibrillator
DAE290 OB LIFE SUPPORT TRAINER
The defibrillator OB Life Support 300® TRAINER is a simple cost-effective simulator of the defibrillator
OB Life Support 300 that is designed to be used exclusively for training. There is no high voltage in the
device, and training is risk free.
The device provides several simulations or scenarios (from 0 to 8) that aim to help to familiarize with
the OB Life Support 300 and shows that the users have the knowledge required to use it in case of
emergency. The device also allows the trainer to work using an infrared remote control to select a sce-
nario or to intervene in real time.
OB Life Support 300® TRAINER allows the simulated delivery of electric shocks. This device can be used
on all types of mannequins, as it does not deliver an electric shock. It may only be used with the trai-
ning electrodes commercialized by Oscar Boscarol Srl.
The basic equipment of the OB Life Support 300® TRAINER consists of:
3 sets of disposable training electrodes
1 reusable cable with the connector between the electrodes and the device. The connector of the
cable is fitted with a magnet allowing the device to recognize the presence of the electrodes in the
device without any electrical contact
1 remote control: it is programmed at delivery and ready for use

GENERAL SELLING CONDITIONS
1. OVERALL
General selling conditions listed hereupon are to be considered valid for every purchasing made to
our company Oscar Boscarol S.r.l. and make a fundamental requirement for every purchase order.
Possible variations to such clauses rather than particular conditions must be explicitly agreed in
written form.
2. ORDERS
Purchase orders are to be sent to the following: fax 0039 0257760140; email info@boscarol.it or on-
line via our web site www.boscarol.it (against registration). All orders received will be processed by
our commercial department and must be approved by the Oscar Boscarol S.r.l. through a regular
order confirmation. Orders will have to be compliant to the packaging details stated on the price
list. Purchase orders are subject to a 75,00 Euro minimum.
3. TRANSPORT
Transport occurs to the customer’s account with the amount stated on the invoice or as assigned
port (the
customer arrange the shipment with his own forwarder).
The customer has to check the packaging status at the moment of delivery: should any anomaly be
noticed
the goods should be accepted with note to the forwarder itself and to the Oscar Boscarol S.r.l.
4. DELIVERY
Delivery terms are stated on our order confirmations and might be subject to variations which are
communicated to the customer.
Order processing is strictly subject to its written confirmation from the customer.
5. PRICES
Price listed hereupon are to be considered in Euro, VAT and tax excluded. OSCAR BOSCAROL S.r.l.
owns the
right to perform changes on the prices in case raw materials and/or components price increase

6. RETURN POLICY AND COMPLAIN

Possible complains must be sent in written form to Oscar Boscarol S.r.l. within 8 days from goods deli-
very.
The return of the goods must be previously authorized by Oscar Boscarol S.r.l.
The authorized returning goods must be addressed to the Oscar Boscarol S.r.l. warehouse at the condi-
tions
stated on the return authorization and needs to be shipped together with a transport document stating
the reasons of the return together with purchasing references. Return goods will be replaced and/or
credited after check-in inspection.
7. SIZE AND DRAWINGS
