Key Responsibilities & work done:
Commercial Finance Reporting & Business Finance
 Commercial Negotiations and custodian of concentrate incidence support and
other revenue sharing arrangements with parent organisation.
 Evaluation of Value Chain of all the brands and packs for various channels and
preparation of Category Financials and presentation to management.
 Decision making support to Corporate Commercial Team via evaluation and
articulation of commercial proposals in terms of business opportunities and
risks.
 Evaluation of promotions and commercial proposals along with pricing
decisions.
 Involve, Evaluate and ensure standard process for financial evaluation of all
New Products and Packs and help in Commercialization of those products.
 Preparing, analysing and evaluating monthly all brands and pack
performance vs plan including revenue, margin, discounts analysis, mix
variance etc. for different channels.
Financial Planning & Analysis
 Working closely with commercial & operation team and business units for preparing
Strategic Business Plan (SBP) and Annual budget.
 Preparing Quarterly/Monthly Planning & Estimates with other stake holders to help
management in achieving its desired objective.
 Partnering with business in designing and implementing Business plans and strategy
formulations.
 Variance analysis, comparing actual with projections and provide action driven MIS on
the deviations.

manufacturing of Beer & Wine), at Bangalore as a Manager (Planning & Control
Past Department) since Nov’15 – June’17.

 Forecasting at P&L level for support annual operating plan exercise; ensure accuracy of
forecasts is maintained with Brand Profitability.
 Financial Consolidation & Variance Analysis for monthly review meetings and timely
