Throughout this theoretical research I would like to show that there are different

teaching. Then, the hypothesis would be presented at the end of this part. The hypothesis

The main part of the work would start with the explanation of research methodology
and techniques, along with their own methods, techniques, subjects, aims and problems. As
the main part continues, approaches, methods and techniques of the popular methodology
will be analysed and their mutual comparison is going to be conducted with the results from
the theoretical research of numerous prominent authors. The advantages and dis-
advantages of these approaches, methods and techniques will be shown and the possibility
of their application for use in English language teaching and learning will be presented.
The analysis will be comprised from findings obtained trough theoretical research
from the main part and it will show if the hypothesis is confirmed or dismissed. To
conclude the analysis my own research results will be given on the approaches, methods
The conclusion will contain my personal view on the subject together with my own
opinion: whether the approaches, methods and techniques of the popular methodology can
be applied to successfull English language teaching? In the end I will present some
questions that appeared during my work, along with suggestions for further research.
