AGREEMENT
This
Agreement
is

Center.
The
parties
hereby
agree
as
follows:
1. Event:
Sponsor
agrees
to
provide
Vendor
with
display
space
in
which
Vendor
may
exhibit
and
promote
its
products
at
the
following
event:

will

2. Payment:
Vendor
will
pay
Sponsor
($500.00)
to
exhibit
at
the
event.
Sponsor
acknowledges
that
the
payment
represents
the
fair
market
value
of
the
space,
i.e.;
is
comparable
to
the
amount
that
would
be
charged
for
similar
space
at
similar
events.

If
payment
in
conjunction
with
this
signed
exhibit
agreement
is
not
received
by
the
payment
deadline,
assigned
dates
will
be
open
to
other
vendors.
3. Compliance:
Each
party
agrees
to
comply
with
all
applicable
laws
and
regulations.
Sponsor
represents
that:
(a)
other
pharmaceutical/diagnostic
companies
will
either
be
exhibiting
at
the
event
or
have
the
right
to
exhibit
at
other
events
hosted
by
Sponsor
comparable
to
the
event
described
above;
and
(b)
it
will
permit
no
display
in
the
same
room
where
any
type
of
continuing
medical
education
program
is
being
conducted.
4. Use
of
Name:
In
connection
with
this
Agreement,
Sponsor
shall
not
place
any
advertising,
public
relations
or
promotional
material
for
Vendor,
nor
disseminate
any
material
using
Vendor
name
or
trademarks,
without
the
prior
written
approval
of
Vendor.
5. IN
WITNESS
WHEREOF,
the
parties
hereto
have
entered
into
this
Agreement
as
of
the
last
date
written
below.
