As the trainee in Cost Controll and Receiving of The Westin Resort Nusa Dua Bali, few of my
responsibilities are:
1. Receiver verifies goods received against PO and signs the receiving document as
evidence.
2. The daily food and beverage purchases and issues are checked and reconciled.
Reviewed daily food and beverage cost report.
3. A physical inventory of all beverage is maintained and agreed to a physical inventory
every quarter.
4. Prepared cost reconsiliation and journal every month.
5. Communicate with the chef and Cost Controller to keep the standard cost and update
the information cost everyday (except for the weekend).
