Request to Collect Clothing Donations

1. On behalf of Projek Pelajar, I would like to request permission for the members of our 4
Technical to collect clothing donations from the teachers, staff, and students of SMK Hosba.
2. For your information, this ongoing event will be held as shown below:
a. Dates: 26 August 2018 – 6 September 2018
b. Time: 7:45 am – 3:00 pm
c. Venue: Dewan Semarak SMK Hosba
d. Involvement: 4TEK Students, Teacher Azira Aziz, ETA Conor Murtagh
3. This collection of monetary and clothing donations aims to provide charity for the children at
the orphanage.

With this letter, we have attached the accompanying paperwork. We also request to receive
feedback from you prior to carrying out preparation for our clothing drive. Thank you for all of your
