Duties and responsibilities as a Safety Officer / Safety Supervisor

 Daily HSE inspections of site.

Duties and responsibilities as HSE and Fire Protection Engineer

 Auditing of PTW (Permit to Work System).
 Providing the safety vigilance during critical Hot Work on site and process
area
 Risk Assessment of Hot Work, Fire Drill at different location in Refinery,
Confined Space Work Permit.
 Participation in Live Fire Drill and Perform fire suppressions and water and
Foam Hose handling activities.
 Rescue & emergency Equipment’s like SCBA and SCBA using awareness
and training conduction
 Trainings about toxic gases behavior, Hazards, and harms like H2S
(Hydrogen Sulfide) at confined space and plant area as well as trained by
NEBOSH and HABC certified person.
 Fire water Network monitoring as a team member at Process area (Lube-I,
Fuel Production, Lube-II Refinery & Storage Facility).
