PAYMENT TERMS:

Validity of this offer is 7 days from the date of this proposal.

All commercials quoted in this proposal are exclusive of any taxes in the country and
withholding taxes. These will be applicable and payable by the customer.

25 % of total cost is payable as advance along with the Customer Agreement form and PO,

25 % on completion of first phase. (Website Designing & Admin Panel (Co-ordinator))

20 % on completion of second phase. (Employer Management (Company)

20 % on completion of third phase. ( Job Seeker panel)

10 % after 15 days of project delivery.

Completion Time: 60 working days in total.

RAZADO eServices Private Limited.

Requirements for the Project

 All text, images and logo data would be required from client side.

In case the text, images and logo are designed by Razado these would be charged as per the
actual.

Customer to maintain a log of all tabs and pages need to design in website.

Assumption(s) for above mentioned Quotations

1. Domain name registration and web space charges will be charged extra, if required.
2. All the Content and images will be provided by the client in soft & Hard copy.
3. Template Design will be provided by RAZADO.
4. The website will be designed in English only.
5. Cost mentioned as above is of Static and Dynamic Pages.
6. Scanning and other job work will be charged extra.
