Following points have discussed during the meeting:

1. The period of performance has changed from 60 calendar days to 60 workdays.

2. Estimated price of the main entrance wooden door is US$3,000.00; the Contracting
Officer will finalize design later.
3. Measurements of the paint area has been taken by the contractors during the site survey,
 Estimated interior paint area: Approximately 18000 Sq. ft.

  Estimated Water supply pipeline: Total Approximate 300 R/ft.
 Estimated Razor wire: Total Approximate 610 R/ft.
 Estimated Grinding and Polishing Work: Total Approximately 7000 Sq. ft.

CLOSING DATE: The closing date of the offer date is September 6, 2018 at 1500 hrs. Late
offer will not be accepted

FIRM FIXED PRICE: This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract

COMMENCING WORK: Commence work under this contract within 10 days after the date
the Contractor receives notice to proceed.

LIQUIDATION DAMANGES: Failure to complete the job on schedule, or any extension, the
Contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the Government in the amount of Rupees
10,000.00 for each day of delay until the work is completed.

SF1442 FORM: SF-1442 is very important. Offerors should complete blocks 14 through 17
as appropriate of the SF-1442 Page: 1

SECTION J & K: Read Section J (Pages 39-41) & K (Page 41-42) as a guide line how to prepare
the solicitation package

EVALUTATION FACTOR (SECTION K): The Government will award the contract to the
technically acceptable, responsible offeror with the lowest evaluated price resulting from the
solicitation. The Government may award a contract on the basis of initial offers received,
without discussions. Therefore, each initial offer should contain the offeror’s best terms
from a price and technical standpoint.

DUNDS NUMBER: The contractor is responsible to obtain the DUNS number (DATA
UNIVERSAL NUMBERING SYSTEM), details will be provided via email.

  Contractor will be responsible to provide the list of labor with the copies of CNIC
 Contractor will be responsible to provide names of laborers as many as possible
numbers of persons for submitting gate access request to Security Section so if
anyone will be missed due to some reason, a replacement will be ok to visit CGOB.
 Laborer will not be allowed to walk around without escort

PPE: Personal Protection Gear: Contractor will be responsible to provide proper PPE to
Laborer on site, Laborer will not be allowed to work without PPE.

COR: Mr. Naeem Ibrahim, Facility Manager will be the COR for this contract.
