My basic issue is that I was appointed in a public sector Insurance

company,namely, The New India Assurance Co. Ltd,
during the era of disregard to ethics in our PSU financial sector
(Our Hon'ble PM has stated publically yesterday that during
2008-14 our banks were distributing loans in a cavalier manner**)
my permanent post of about two decades(namely,Hindi
Translator) was abolished, despite the high court stay order of
July 2007 restraining the transfer of 5.06.2007 accompanied with
altered designation I was subjected to authoritarian victimization
and humiliation in the garb of whimsical and capricious
domestic enquiry

and finally during November 2009 I was issued a dismissal order,

though the said order was replaced by an order of chairman of
said insurance company ; yet it did not address my basic
issue, that is, abolishing the post of Hindi Translator,
moreover the then chairman who issued the last order of June
2011 faces CBI charge sheet on account of corruption and
causing huge loss.

I request your kind inteference to (a) creation

of Rajbhasha cadre in our PSU bank and insurance companies
(b) end to my prolonged victimization (c) ending the culture of
distortion of facts that remains un-abated in our PSU bank
/insurance companies because of which the honest and law
abiding employees are targeted on frivolous charges and the
corrupt one's enjoy un-abated mainstream protection.

At least an amount of Rs. 10 lakh public money has been

spent by ex-employer insurance company's officials to incite
rumours against me after the CVC directions of April 2008 to
ensure that no harassment is caused to me in any manner.
