economic generator. Japan, China, India and many other countries have large IT

It apart from businesses, computers have also revolutionized communication.
Initially, people wrote letters, which would often take weeks to reach their
destinations, or make terribly expensive phone calls. Now they use several apps or
e-mail. For instance, 29 million whatsapp messages were sent in 60 seconds on
average, in 2017 (World Economic Forum, 2018). Furthermore, many people use
computers to communicate with people all around the world using chat rooms and
chat programs which impossible before the computer became common. As a result,
people can now access distant cultures, in a second. In sum, communication has
had huge changes thanks to computers.
All in all, computers have had a profound effect on our lives in many ways and it is
in business and communication that they have had the greatest influence. In the
future, if the computer continues evolving at such speed, our business practices and
methods of communication will undergo even more radical changes.
