Business Title: Stop, Eat and Go

Executive Summary

Stop, eat and go is a carry-out food booth, specializing in morning. Stop, eat and go will
be a moderately priced booth offering youngster’s favourite meal and service. Corn dogs,
dumplings, spring roll, bread roll, pizza roll and omurice are all on the menu. We will offer
specialty selections including a lighter options and smaller portions.

The booth will be a snack and breakfast booth and operated by Rogino Reyno, Jeremy
Pascua, Larry Gadayos, Marlyn Ugaddan, Marjorie Decano and Jossa Marrine Guillermo.

The location of our kitchen will be in the caregiving kitchen and the booth will also be
there. The site is a caregiving room. Although the location is utilized as a caregiving room, the
owner of the room will allow us to use it because she is also our subject teacher in
entrepreneurship. We will also bring our own equipment.

The décor of the booth will feature a plastic or wood table with table cloths.

Sales projection assumed 100 customers per day resulting in daily sales of just over $20
to $30 per day. Total start-up cost will be $10 of which will be contributed by the owners.

Enterprise Description

Stop, eat and go is a fast food booth for the students of San Antonio National High
School Senior High School Department. We sell snacks and breakfast foods including corn
dogs, dumplings, spring roll, bread roll, pizza roll and omurice. I think our business will be
successful because we sell unique and scrumpcious meal with a friendly price that will be
created by the owners.

We choose this line of business because our school canteen can’t provide all the meal
that the students want and the service they want to experience. We, the owners have
experience in cooking and selling products because we already made and done this kind of stuff
when we were in junior high school.
Product or Service Description

We want to focus only on selling clean and healthy products. Stop, Eat and Go
primarily sells snacks for the students.

Corn Dog is a hotdog on a stick coated in a thick layer of flour batter, egg and bread crumbs
then deep fried. It originated in United States

Dumplings a piece of dough that may be filled with vegetable then fried or steamed
Spring Roll a dough that filled with vegetable or fish

Pizza Roll a dough with a pizza sauce, pineapple chunks, ham and cheese then rolled and fried
Omurice a vegetable fried rice wrapped in a scrambled egg

Major Trend Towards Health

Increased consumer must eat healthy and convenient snacks. Industry has struggled
with consumer preferences moving away from traditional unhealthy foods. So we suggest that
we should make a few numbers of healthy foods on the menu.

Commodity Costs

Flour, egg, vegetables, hotdog rice and dairy prices have increased throughout the past
few years. Customers are price sensitive so increase costs must be matched with increased
efficiency and portion control.

School canteen is the main source of food snacks in school. It sells different variety of meal
that a student can afford, but the canteen can’t facilitate all the students during break time.

Group 1 sells unique snacks that the students can afford but few of their groupmates are a
little bit shy.

3. Group 2 (Pastimallows)

Group 2 sells sweet and stomach friendly snack. And some of their groupmate eats some of
the ingredient while making the product. The price matched the quantity of the product.
4. Group 3 (Lumpiang Shanghai)

Group 3 sells healthy and delicious snack that the students will buy, a wrapper folded in a
bunch of healthy veggies that the students and other school staffs will love. The price of the
product is pocket friendly.

5. Group 5

Group 5 will surely sell a very popular snack. Also, the sellers are friendly and good at
socializing.

Our strategy is simple, we intend to succeed by giving people a combination of excellent


and interesting food in an environment that appeals to a wide and varied group of students. We
will focus on maintaining quality and establishing a strong identity inside of the school. Our
main focus in marketing will be to increase customer awareness in the surrounding. We will
direct all the goal of explaining who we are and what we do. We will keep our standards high
and execute the concept so that word-of-mouth will be our main marketing force.

We will create an appealing and entertaining environment with unbeatable quality at an


exceptional price. The execution of our concept is the most critical element of our plan. Our
product items are moderately priced for the area. While we are not striving to be the lowest-
priced seller, we are aiming to be the value leader.

Our sales plan is to establish and maintain position with our customers. The strategy is
to build more customers in order to increase revenue. We will focus on making all our
customers happy with our food, service and entertainment option.
Operations Sub Plan

Apart from marketing plan, entrepreneurs should also plan their operations activities to
ensure that the business will meet customers’ expectations, which include parameters such as
quality, quantity and time. Operation is the one of an important role in a business organization.

The location of our business would be inside of the school. We would like to sell our
products to the students and school staffs.

We will sell unique, clean, scrumptious, healthy and affordable products that the
youngsters will love. The price of each product depends on the quantity of it.
