SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT I, APRIL W. DAVID, of legal age, Filipino, and with postal address
at Block 20 Lot 25 Apo St., Phase III, Pulu Amsic Subd., Angeles City, have
made, constituted, and appointed ATTY. MISHEENA JOYCE C. TIATCO, of
legal age, Filipino, and with office address at 4123 Camia St., Hensonville,
Angeles City, as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name,
place and stead, to perform the following acts:

1. To represent the undersigned in the prosecution of the criminal

case for estafa against the accused, ELEAZAR NAGUIT, Filipino,
and with address at 13-19 Carolina St., Villasol Subd.,
Anunas, Angeles City, entitled People of the Philippines vs.
Eleazar Naguit lodged before the Regional Trial Court of Angeles
City, Branch 60, with Docket No. R-ANG-15-00542-CR;

2. To attend the hearing for the approval of the Compromise

Agreement entered into by the undersigned and the accused,
Eleazar Naguit, on 18 June 2015;

3. To receive for me and in my behalf the cash bond amounting to

Forty Thousand Pesos (PhP 40,000.00) posted by the accused,
Eleazar Naguit, for his temporary liberty, which shall be released in
favor of the undersigned upon the approval of the Compromise
Agreement, pursuant to the terms of the said Compromise
Agreement;

4. To enter into compromise agreement, attend the pre-trial

conference and perform all the provisions mandated under Rule 18
of 1997 Rules of Civil Procedure, in connection with and related to
my aforesaid action/s brought for me concerning the same criminal
case, with full authority to delegate this power to another person or
attorney who will attend to the case;

5. To sign and execute proper complaint, petition, affidavit including

Verification and Certification of Non-Forum Shopping related to the
filing of every pleading, petition, memorandum, motion or position
paper before any court of law or government agencies, as well as
to sign and interpose appeal, petition for certiorari or appeal
memorandum whenever necessary;

6. To designate, hire and/or appoint attorney-at-law to protect my

rights and interest related to his power stated herein; and

7. To sign, execute, receive and/or deliver contracts and agreements,

other papers and/or money to effect his power stated in this
authorization pertinent to the above described authority.
 HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full
power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever
requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully, to all
intents and purposes, as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and
hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney in fact shall lawfully do
or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
