Project Title : Online e-Banking Withdrawal System

Justification:
The project is an online electronic e-Bank Withdrawal System that will help the bank customers
reduce the burden of standing on a long line during forth-nights week and peak periods. In
addition the system will also help the bank workers to serve their clients efficiently, fast and
reliable on a required and satisfied time.

Objective:
- Build an Online Electronic Bank Withdrawal System
- Build a Network Setup (existing one)
- Build a Data Centre (existing one)
The development of the system is a 15 months project. The system created is based on the
electronic Bank Withdrawal System that will help the customers do their withdrawal more
efficiently on time.
Provided below are the main requirements of the system:
- Keeping up with time and technology
- Create application for both Mobile phones/Tablets/Smart Phones and Desktop users
- Printing receipt for the customers
- Windows Server 2012 R2 Installation
- Web server Installation
- Storage area
- Network setup
- Data centre

Project Deliverables
The business case, project charter, scope statement, cost baseline, status report project
presentation and the final project report plus any other supporting documents are required to
manage this particular project.
Since the project is an Online Electronic Bank Withdrawal System, it needs a Network Setup
to manage the functionality of the system. It also needs an Internet access via ISP and the
Servers to host the system to run. Thus, the most deliverables will be the setup of the Network
and a storage facility.
After the Network setup completes and settled. The system needs to be policed and sound the
users’ with an interview to give their opinions and views about the system before the actual
programming takes place.
Included in the network setup, the Data Center is needed to house the system with the Network
core setup.
The systems will integrate both phone and desktop application. Both and will be programmed
in advance during the commencement of the project for users/customers to installed on the their
devices and for the bank to installed on their desktops.
Project analysis design will be carried out during the commencement of the project in order to
program a successful functioning system.

General Estimated Budget

The estimated budget of the project is K300, 000. The project itself is funded by the Bank
Manager (BSP).
