EduBrisk Professional Review Form

1. After spending considerable time many of our staff have not attained full professional competence to meet various requirements of the Company. In
order to ensure that all employees are fully aware of their job specifications and are able to perform within 6 Months of joining, certain guidelines have
been formed. Staff not attaining these requirements within 3 and 6 Months of joining the company may have to discontinue or face other administrative
actions. The minimum rating to be achieved is 7 in the scale 1 to 10.

2. The Guidelines required to be achieved in 3 and 6 Months are appended below:

Rating Scale:
Rating from 1 to 10, 1 being poor and 10 being excellent.

3. The above 128 points may not be valid for every Member of the respective teams. However, most of the points will be valid and the CCs are to use
their experience and assessment capability to identify and rate the team member accordingly.

4. The assessment should be carried out at the following intervals:


a) Three Months after joining
b) Six Months after joining.
c) All the existing team members who have completed 3/6 months in respective department to be assessed.

5. If the team member Scores 5 or less his/ her 'Applicable Criteria', the CCS are required to recommend whether to;
a) Ask the Staff Member to go, after a reasonable Notice Period
b) Retain the Staff Member at lower emoluments in the Department
c) Retain the Staff Member at lower emoluments, but in a different Department, subject to availability of a suitable position and the consent of both
