In the interest of the service and pursuant to the Department of Budget

and Management (DBM) Circular Letter No., 2014-5 dated 27 June 2014, the
following are the duly constituted Public Financial Management (PFM) Core
Team ofthe Office ofthe Secretary of Justice:

The Team shall lead/oversee the implementation ofPFM reforms, starting

with the adoption of the Unified Accounts Code Structure (UACS) and will
closely .coordinate with DBM/PFM Project Management Office (PMO) on
various activities concerning PFM reforms.
 This Order shall take effect immediately and shall remain in force until
further orders or sooner revoked.
