Dear Mr, Ms,

My name is Kossa Antonio Trisnadi, an Indonesian currently taking my last year Bachelor of Business
Administration in Hospitality Management at Hotel Institute Montreux, Switzerland. I am interested to do
a Management Trainee in Room Division Department. I will be available in the beginning of July 2015.

I am responsible, quick learner and also able to work both individually & as a team. Previously, I have
completed my higher diploma and the diploma in 2 different schools, which are Swiss Hotel Management
School and Shatec Institutes Singapore. I learned on how to operate OPERA system for Front Office and
able to make reservation, check-in and check-out guest, billing posting and other Front Office related
task. Further, I have experienced 1 year internship in 2 different hotels which are Alila Villas Uluwatu,
Bali as a Front office Trainee and Mandarin Oriental Singapore as a Food & Beverage Trainee. Some
example of the duties during the internship were check-in and check out procedure, opening and closing
buffet, serving the guests, preparing a la carte order, and managing part time staff. I learned lots of things
from my previous internship such as time management and dealing with different types of guests.

In Addition, I lived in Singapore for almost 4 years and therefore it helps me to adapt quickly in multi
cultural environment. I have participated in finding charities for cancer programme at my secondary
school. I have also worked part time before in Singapore as a waiter in a restaurant and manage to do
different type of task such as taking order, prepare drinks, and cashier. Even with my limited experiences,
I believe I have strong background and would work well in your hotel.

Thus, it would be an honour for me to be able to work at one of the property in Hyatt Company.
