My name is Ashenafi Amdissa. Currently I am conducting a study entitled “ AN


ASSESSMENT OF EMPLOYEE JOB SATISFACTION AND ITS EFFECT ON THEIR
PERFORMANCE.A CASE STUDY ON MICRO FINANCE INSTITUTION IN DUGDA DISTRICT .

This is purely an academic exercise and in partial fulfillment of the requirement for the
award of Masters in Leadership and Change Management at Oromia State University
