 Processing Ford of Canada’s Dealer servicing invoices - Were the payments to the
dealers are processed manually and mechanically in the payables system.
 Processing of MICS (Miscellaneous Inter-company Settlement) for FOC suppliers
within FORD.
 Suspense correction activity- Correcting the accounting entries by posting a journal
for the suppliers within Ford Motors on a monthly basis.

Processing team- February 2015-February 2016

 A new team was formed in North America payables, which only handles the
processing of payments to the suppliers.
 Processed different kinds of payments namely-Freight payments, General payments,
Tooling payments, Rental payments.
 As a senior team member, guided the new team members to learn the process
quickly. NAP CPARS team- CPARS Analyst / December 2013-January 2015
  Corporate Procurement And Receiving System (CPARS)- Payments made to
suppliers towards expenses incurred on procuring non-production materials/services
& projects. These are purchase order based payments where the payments are made
only for the invoices which has receipts in the system.
 Processed invoices of Freight payments, Brokerage charges, CPARS payments.
 Handled payment related query mails and follow up mails for the defective invoices
to get cleared within TAT.
