Sub: Appeal Letter for Car Insurance

Dear Ms. Vanessa,

This letter is written in response to the letter that I received from Standard Insurance Company
stating the denial to grant my car insurance claim due to a car accident which happened on June 23,
2018. Through this letter, I humbly ask your company to reconsider my request and grant my
insurance claim as I believe that I am entitled to it. I was not under the influence of any intoxicating
beverage during the time when the accident happened. Two civilians came and helped me and my
two passengers to get out of the car during that time. One of them was a certain Mr. Phoenix. They
helped me bring my injured passenger to the nearest hospital. If you have any additional questions or
need further information, you may contact Mr. Phoenix at 09959565419. According to Mr. Go’s
statement, I had three (3) passengers with me during the time of the accident, this statement of his is
entirely inaccurate. For the police investigators and bystanders could attest to the fact that there
were only two other people inside of the vehicle aside from me during the time when the accident
happened. This proves that Mr. Go’s statement is inaccurate and is clearly devoid of merit. When the
policemen came to the hospital, they invited me to the accident scene and checked my Driver’s
License, and the documents of my car.We then went to the police station.Our present laws penalize
driving under the influence of alcohol. I was not imprisoned nor fined because they know that I was
not drunk nor was I under the influence of alcohol during that time. I was not subjected to any alcohol
nor any chemical testing because the officers did not feel nor see any indication that I was under the
influence of alcohol nor any intoxicating beverage that time.My car was also not impounded. If Mr.
Go was correct in alleging that I was clearly driving under the influence of alcohol during the time of
the accident, then the police should have at least impounded my vehicle and indicated it in their
police report that I was under the influence of alcohol during the time of the accident. Please respect
the legitimacy of the Police Report that it was just an accident and that was not drunk nor was I under
the influence of any intoxicating beverage during that time. As a client, I would like you to look into
the matter again and come to a fair conclusion. Further denial of granting my claim would force me to
pursue legal action against your company and Mr. Go for falsely accusing me of driving under the
influence of alcohol. Such statement was clearly false and libelous as I know for a fact that driving
under the influence of alcohol carries with it the penalty of imprisonment. If you need to discuss any
