Other important things to note:

1. As you may see in the above table, the deadline for submissions 2 and 3 have been revised. It
is only fair for individuals to comment on other group members and to discuss the issues not
considered in the group report when the group projects are finalised and submitted. Therefore, it
has been decided to extend the deadline for the individual and the self-assessment reports by
one week.
2. For each type of ramp metering algorithm available on Aimsun, you can test a variety of ramp
metering parameter settings. But make sure you show calculations (like %improvements, etc.)
and report at least two “different” settings. Also, include your logical motivation for those settings.
In the Aimsun file that you submit, you may show one of these two settings for each type of
algorithm. A sample table is shown below.
