Re:- in terms of RTI act {citizen’s access to information}:-

The applicant seeks information of Bhamashah card/scheme claims paid by The

New India Assurance Company Ltd (NIACL) as per the following:-

1. Yearly no. of claims {since 2014}; above poverty line (APL) claimswith
total amount;below poverty line (BPL) claims with total amount
2. Yearwise Information of the claims eventually sanctioned by insurance
company though initially rejected
3. Yearwise Information of the no. of claims and the amount wrongfully paid
by insurance company (including the reasons of such wrongful payment, e.g.
complaint of corruption/embezzlement)
4. Yearwise information of litigations (a) on behalf of insurance company (b)
litigations in which the insurance company is respondent(s)
5. The names and address of the hospital earlier eligible for Bhamashah
treatment but are no longer permitted.
6. Yearwise information of corruption complaints including FIR’s if any, filed
by officers of Insurance company.
7. Information of the e-mail address, if any, on which complaints from public
is received in the aforesaid matter.
8. Information of Order /written guidelines if any, that claims are payable
irrespective of above poverty line(APL) claimant.
9. Information of Total amount of profit or loss to the insurance company.

1. सरकार लाभ सीधे लाभाथ के खाते म थानांत रत करने से टाचार को कम करने म मदद
मलेगी।
2. रा य सरकार क योजनाओं के वारा पूर योजना का लाभ सीधे रा य क गर ब म हलाओं को
ह तांतरण कया जाएगा।
3. राज थान रा य म इस योजना के तहत डेढ़ लाख म हलाओं को पंजीकृत कर उनके बक खाते
खोले गए।
4. भामाशाह काड का लाभ उठाने के लए एक बक खाता खोलना आव यक है ।
5. इस योजना के तहत छा और वकलांग यि तय के लए एक वशेष काड जार कए जाएगा।
िजसके वारा एक वशेष राशी जो लोग प रवार के साथ नह ं रहते उनको द जाएगी।
6. केवल म हलाएं ह नह ं बि क पु ष भी भामाशाह काड ा त कर सकते ह ले कन उनको 20
पये या 25 का अ त र त भुगतान करना होगा।
7. भामाशाह काड क मदद से गर ब और वं चत लोग को 30,000 से 3 लाख पये क रा श
उपचार के लए च क सा बीमा क सु वधा के प म मलती है ।
8. भामाशाह काड धारक म हलाऐं बायोमे क णाल का उपयोग करते हुए सावज नक वतरण
णाल क दक
ु ान से राशन ा त करने म स म ह गी।
