1. GENERAL
The codes, standards and regulations referenced in this Document (including addenda,
amandements and errata) shall govern in ail cases where references thereto are made.
In case of conflict between these codes (or standards or regulations) and the
requirements specified in this Document, the latter shall govern.
The codes, standards or specifications applied in each case shall be the latest revision
adopted and published at the bid closing date. Any conflict between standards shall be
referred to the Owner who will determine which standard shall govern and the Owner's
decision will be final.
