The distribution wagon has been constructed in accordance with the state of
the art and with recognised technical safety rules. Nevertheless, risks to the
life and limb of the user or of third parties, or damage to the machine or other
valuable property, can arise during use.
The machine must only be used
Our "General Conditions of Sale and Supply" apply. Claims under guarantee
or for liability in the event of injury to persons or damage to property cannot be
entertained if they arise from one or more of the following causes:
The following identifiers and signs are used in the operating instructions to
indicate various hazards:

Warning!
Note!
Using the machine for its proper purpose, in accordance with the technical
data, consists in distributing concrete reinforcing steel! Only use the
equipment when it is in a technically correct condition, in accordance with
regulations, with attention to matters of safety and of danger, and whilst
observing the operating instructions.

Transport Method:
Due to the length of the parts and the varying load distribution, special
measures must be taken when the equipment is moved.
The attachments must be selected appropriately for the full weight of the
machine.
Operator station
Operator station
At both ends of the distribution wagon. For the "take-over" and "delivery" of the
material.
The type plate with the CE mark is located on the machine frame.

4.1 Structure
Moving gear
The two moving gear devices are driven separately by two electric motors. In
order to allow precise positioning, the motors can run at two different speeds.
Limit switches interrupt the travelling motion before the end of the rail is
reached.
For taking over material, the trolley is positioned in front of the roller track.
If the push button "Moving gear fast“ is operated, the trolley will move in
rapid mode.

Danger!
When placing the trolley onto the rails take care to ensure that the machine's
gear rim and track wheels are not dirtied or damaged.
6.5 Assembly
The catwalk is dismantled for the purposes of transport, and lashed tightly to
the machine.
A stop for the end of the track and a vane for the moving gear end switch must
be provided at the site.
Danger!
Electrical connection
A cable drum is installed at the device for the power supply. Adequate strain
relief must be provided for the supply cable to the drum.
Before the cable is clamped into the strain relief, the cable drum must be
turned 3-4 times in the discharge direction, so that the springs in the drum
have enough initial tension.

Disposal
Note!
Provide collecting vats and containers for the cleaning material that will be
produced daily.

Material take-over.
The trolley is positioned in front of the transport roller track by means of the
"Moving gear forward / reverse“ twist switch.
Simultaneous operation of the "Roller track forward/reverse“ twist switches at
the upstream transport roller track and the trolley causes the material to be
transferred to the roller track of the trolley.
Material distribution.
The trolley is positioned in front of the bending lines by means of the "Moving
gear forward / reverse“ twist switch.
The material can now be moved on to the bending table, in the same way as
when the material is taken in.

10.3 Repair
Braking is achieved when the anchor (2) is pressed against the friction disc (4)
by the compression springs (5) that are supported in the exciter system (1).
Dismantling:
- Switch the controller off, switch off the main switch and secure it against
being accidentally switched on (padlock).
- Screw in pan-head bolt (9).
- Remove faulty brake.
Assembly:
Inspect the air gap all the way round the brake with
the aid of a feeler gauge.
The brake will experience more wear if the
adjustment is uneven.

Danger!
If stored in the open, extensive measures to protect from the weather are
required:
- Protection from rain and driving rain.
- Treat all bare metal parts with corrosion protection.
- Add drying agent to the electrical equipment.
The load-carrying capacity of the ground must be adequate for the full weight
of the machine – see Chapter 3.5.
Final shutdown
Cleaning
- Thorough cleaning
- Remove traces of old grease.

Restarting Operation
- Remove corrosion protective from bare metal parts and glide surfaces,
- Remove drying agent from the switch cabinet and the operating panel.
