This Partnership Agreement is made and effective for our December 13, 2018 event.

Thank you for being a part of Bulletproof Job Fair. This agreement is to set forth an agreement regarding our
collaboration between you, (“ (company name)”) and (“Bulletproof Job
Fair”).

The terms of the agreement are as follows:

Between :

Bulletproof Job Fair, located at 600 B St. Suite 300 San Diego CA. 92101.
Bulletproof Job Fair a 100% Disabled Veteran owned company.

AND:

(company name) at their headquarters located at:

PURPOSE :

The purpose of the Bulletproof Job Fair and (company name) agreement is
for (company name) to be a “Booth Vendor” for the Bulletproof Job
Fair event on December 13, 2018 and for Bulletproof Job Fair to positively represent

(company name).

Bulletproof Job Fair :

• Bulletproof Job Fair will provide one six foot table and two chairs.
• Bulletproof Job Fair will not provide any refunds (Read terms below).

• will provide the payment for the booth which is: (payment) with in (48 hours) of signed contract.

TERMS :

• If Bulletproof Job Fair has to reschedule for any reason, We will not be required to reimburse company.
• Bulletproof Job Fair will provide the company first priority at our rescheduled event date.
• It is understood that this is a "Rain or Shine" event, Bulletproof Job Fair’s compensation is in no way affected
by inclement weather.
• Every effort will be made to continue the performance. However, safety is important in all decisions.
• Bulletproof Job Fair’s compensation will not be affected by such cancellation.

DURATION OF AGREEMENT :

The term of the agreement shall be for December 13, 2018. Termination by mutual consent of the parties or by
either party by one month prior to the event. Bulletproof Job Fair will not provide any refunds.
