to the led window screen market .In order to select conveniently, we
integrate few repetitive controllers, and the control range is more
flexible, the price is more suitable. It could be meet your
requirements.

The software interface continued the functions: simple operation、strong

effects 、 easy learning; support Text 、 Hypertext （ JPG/BMP/GIF
etc ）、Time、Clock、Count(Count up/Count down) 、Temperature、Table
etc. It could meet different place using.

Chapter 2 Install and unload

2.1 Install software
《 HD2012 》 Software install simply : in your CD you could find of
HD2012_Setup.exe(or HD2012_Setup.RAR),double-click the file and
run it ,you will see the install introduce .As below:

According to the guide (Next), finished the install

(Note : If your computer system is Win7 or Vista, the install path could
change to non-system hardware ）。
2.2 unload software
<<HD2012>> software offer unload function completely, the customer
could cancel the software of all files、programs、shortcut types. Customer
could cancel it in computer ,as below:

3.3.3 Operate menu
It include as below

Send project: Used for send recent screen file.

Multiple send: Used in Ethernet controller (HD-E) used for several
controllers sending program.
Clear display date: Empty the information of storage （ Returned to
factory setting）.
Export to U disk: send the program to U disk，then updated.
IP management tools：Used in Ethernet controller(HD-E)；，used for
distribute different IP address .

Time setting: Set controller time.

Luminance setting: Choice the types of luminance.
Time switch: Set time on /time off regularly.
Screen test: used for test screen.
Update firmware: used for updated firmware by remote control.

It include Simple Chinese 、 Traditional

Chinese、English、Japan、Russia、Turkey、Persia、Spanish; you could

select whatever you need.

It could check the software version.

Program ： used for set new program （ Program is the second

sequence of screen）
Text ： used for set new text district （ it could edit word 、 table

contents etc）

Clock ：used for set clock district, showing for system type (simulated

computer time synchronously）
Preview ：Preview current program;（noted: need select a program
then could preview setting effects）

Chapter 4 How to set screen and program file

4.1 The first： Set Screen file （ The first-class content）

Ways：Click File-New screen（Password 168），as below:

Modult select:Select the controller type,then click Next;

Basic :Before setting ,you need to know your led module type、
Parameter、etc; wrong setting will now showing normal.
a. Data polarity set wrong: it showing red back and black font.
b. 138 decoder set wrong :it will result led module not showing or wrong
showing .
c. Color set wrong:it will result Windth or Hight turn back.
d. OE polarity set wrong: it will result that led module showing
luminance not equality,some lines is high luminance,some
Lines is low luminance
e. Scan mode set wrong: it will result mess code.

Advanced: Using for parameter adjust (suggest not change)

After setting ok, click Finish, then finish the screen settin

4.2 The second： Set Program（ The second-class contents, a

screen file could set 20pcs programs）

ways：Click Program in shortcut column （you need to select a screen

file first）as below：

4.3 The third ： set District （ The third-class controller, each

program could set 3 or 5 districts）

4.4 The fourth： the Program set finished

After the first、second、third process ,we have been finished a screen

file; if we need set lots program ,just need repeat the second 、third

process. （it could play all programs in a screen ）；if need a software

control several screens file, just need repeat the first 、 second 、 third

process.
The program finished ,it could save （It saved in the install path of Proj
folder).also you could save as in defined path .Through Preview tool, we
could see the setting effects, you could adjust whatever you need

Chapter 5 how to showing different contents

5.1 Text showing

If pure word showing, you could use Text district to edit

setting );<<HD2012>> have strong edit function, it could change of
single word by middle in left or right 、 middle in up or down 、 font

Chapter 6 Communication setting

6.1 The way of making serial line
Our controller communication is RS232 (2-2 3-3 5-5) directly, as below:

When communication is well, it will come out Detect successful; when

communication is in fault ,it will come out Detect fall（in this case ,you
will check the communication whether is well）;When it come out Serial
port is occupied or open serial port failed, please check the Drive whether
install successfully or restart the computer.

6.3 The way of making Ethernet cable

The way of making Ethernet cable that have 2 ways: one is cross-line
(when led controller connected computer directly), another is parallel line
(when led controller connected with Router)
Cross-line making: Two sides plugs of Ethernet cable making different,
one is TIE/EIA-568B standard, another is TIE/568A standard .Applying
for network card of PC to network of PC; Ordinary Hub to Ordinary Hub.
Standard 568A:green-white-1、 green-2、 orang-white-3、 blue-4、 blue-
white-5、 orange-6、 brown-white-7、brown-8
Standard 568B:orange -white-1、orang-2、 green -white-3、blue-4、
blue -white-5 green-6、 brown-white-7、brown-8

lots HD-E controller communication is relatively complicate, you could

Catalogue2 The ordinary setting in using

Catalogue2.1 How to update controller by remote control
Updated by remote control that is applied for updating functions of
controllers or dealing with problems. In normal case, it do not need
update，the ways to update as below：
Download the firmware of the controller（each controller have there own
firmware of bin file）;
Ways ：Click Operate-Update firmware（password 168）

Click Update firmware, select the bin file, then finish update. （Updated
firmware just through RS232 or Ethernet port, USB port do not）
Noted: in updated process, it do not permit power off electronic and do
not pull up the serial port

Return to factory setting, it have two ways (return by hardware and

return by software）
Return by hardware: need power off the electronic –press the test
button in controller (do not loose hand)-then power on the electronic (do
not loose hand, and hold on 6 seconds-then loose hand, restart the
controller.
Return by software: click Operate-Clear display data. Clearing the
display data（this step need be in normal communication）；

Testing the led module have two ways（tested by hardware and
tested by software）
1Tested by hardware: after adjust the parameter of led
module in software-then press the test button in controller(need in
electronic status)-hold on 6 seconds(not loose hand)-then enter in testing
status and loose hand-click 6 times ,enter in 6 types of different testing
mode.
2Tested by software: click Operate-Screen test, as below:
