SITES RESOLUTION NO. 2018-0004

A RESOLUTION APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE SOCIETY OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND

ENGINEERING STUDENTS TO COLLECT THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY FIVE PESOS (P25.00) ONLY FOR THIS
COMING CULMINATION DAY 2018

WHEREAS, Culmination is a final activity that happens once a year and organized within a particular
institution or college and is used to describe different contest that took place among departments, or
units.

WHEREAS, it has been a tradition that every college should have a booth and it shall be present during
the opening of the culmination day.

WHEREAS, the said booth is going to compete this coming culmination day.

THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Society of Information Technology and Engineering Students
decided to collect the amount of twenty five pesos for this coming culmination day.

RESOLVED, that the CEIT students are obliged to pay the said amount for the culmination day.

RESOLVED, that the SITES shall be the one to collect the amount of twenty five pesos only.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the collected money will be purchase on the materials needed for the
booth this coming culmination day
