1 产品简介/Product overview
PS 系列固定式消防炮是一种耐高压，高强度材料组合新型的多功能消防灭
火设备。该炮具有结构简单，性能稳定可靠，操作灵活方便，射流集中，射程
远，灭火面积大，炮身可以流量大小调节仰俯角调节，水平回转，直流和喷雾
调节，定位锁紧等功能，安全可靠，以适应多种灭火场所的需求。
PS series Fixed Fire Water Monitor is a new multifunctional fire fighting equipment which is
made from high-strength materials and of high pressure resistance. This monitor is with
simple construction, stable and reliable performance, flexible and easy operation, high jet
flow concentration, long effective firing distance and wide fire fighting range. It has multiple
functions, for example adjusting of elevation and depression angle depends on flow-rate,
horizontal rotation, water flow and water mist spraying control, positioning and locking etc.
It’s a safe and reliable device satisfying fire fighting requirements of different areas.

主要适用于各类消防车，消防艇，高平台，固定消防炮塔，油库，码头，化工
厂等重要场所。
Water monitor is mainly apply at fire fighting vehicles, fire boat, high platform, fixed fire
turret, oil depot, wharf, chemical factory etc.

2 工作原理/Working principle
由消防水进入消防水炮内，根据现场实际情况，对准火源，调节流量大
小，直流喷雾或开花喷雾，仰角，俯角，水平回转角后锁紧定位，进行灭火。
When fire water flow into water monitor, according to the actual site situation, aim fire,
regulate flow-rate, select dc spray or bloom spray, position and lock by adjusting elevation,
depression and horizontal rotation, then start to extinguish fire.

4 使用方法/Usage

当火灾发生时，打开消防水炮前端进水阀门，对准火源，调节流量大小，
直流喷雾或开花喷雾，仰角，俯角，水平回转角后锁紧定位，进行灭火。
When fire breaks out, open water inlet valve of water monitor, aim fire, regulate flow-rate,
select dc spray or bloom spray, position and lock by adjusting elevation, depression and
horizontal rotation, then start to extinguish fire.

5 安装及维修保养/Installation and maintenance

1) 运输，安装起吊过程中不能将吊绳栓在手柄、驱动结构接头上，预防损坏。
When transport and lift, to prevent damage, do not tie rope on handle or connector of
driven device.

2) 安装时应确保基础能承受消防炮因喷射反力，风载等施加在基础上载荷。
During the installation, the foundation should be able to withstand counter-force of water
monitor spraying, wind load, etc.

3) 尽量用清洁水源，避免赃物堵塞。
Better to use clean water to avoid blockages.

4) 从油嘴注入润滑油脂并进行调试以保持转动灵活。
Inject lubricant from nipple and debug it to keep the rotation flexible.

5) 若压力表数值过高或射程近时，应查喷头是否有异物堵塞。
If pressure gauge indicating is too high or effective firing distance is short, check if there is
any blockage in the sprinkler head.

6) 经过长时间使用后，应对炮的表面做相应的处理。
After long time use, surface of the gun should be treated accordingly.

7) 每次使用后检查部件是否齐全，有无损坏，橡胶圈是否完好，如有损坏应及
时更换修复。
After each use, check whether all parts are complete, whether there is any damage, and
whether the rubber ring is intact. If there is any damage, please replace and repair in time.
