 GROUP ~ 1 GLOBALIZATION

In contemporary world course our professor group us into 12

groups because she will have assigned every group to report
assigned chapters in front of the class. So today is the start of the
reporting, the reporters are Ms. Mendeja, taeza, bangayan and
macodi. They discuss about lesson 1 or about globalization. So I
will critique their reporting in my critique paper.
So first I will talk about their visual presentation. Because there is
no projector so its really hard to see what is the content of their
presentation but they come up with the idea that they also write
on the board all the contents so it’s easy to their listeners to see
what is the content of their PowerPoint. They also give a handout
to everyone so it’s easy to follow what they are discussing. So
incomes to their visual I will give them 4 out of 5.
Next I will talk about their overall presentation first is their eye
contact to their audience mostly they focus on their visual than to
their audience. Some reporters read mostly what is the content of
their visual. So I will give them a 3 out of 5. Last is how they
explain the topic. First they give an acronym from the word
globalization that is really related to the topic so it’s really good
next is that some reporters really explain well all the details but
some is not really clear they also didn’t discuss some parts that is
include in the handout they give buts it’s only a few details. So for
overall presentation I will give them a 4 out of 5.

GROUP 2 - the globalization of world
economics

so the next reporter is group 2, Mr. Tee, Ms. Maricor Mojica, Ms. Maricole
Mojica and Ms. Myreen Gomugda assigned to discussed about the
globalization of world economics

so just like the first group before I will also criticize the reporting they did. So
let’s start with their visual representation or their PowerPoint just like other
group there is no projector available that’s why it’s hard to see what is the
content especially when you sat at the back. But they also give a hand out so
everyone is easy to follow what they are tackle about. Also in their handout all
important thing is there. So I will give them a 4 out of 5 for their visual
next is about how they discussed in front of the audience. As I notice they
barely look at the PowerPoint because they have a cue card so it’s really good
for me. They also maintain the eye contact in their audience but there still
circumstances that they just look in their PowerPoint but it just barely so I
give them 4 out 5 because of that. Next is how well they explained the topic. I
can tell that some reporter really knows the topic they discussed especially
Ms. Maricor as she barely looks at here cue card and really explained well the
topic as for other they also did a great job they also explained well the topic
and they even add another information regarding to the topic so it’s really
good. So I will give them 4 out of 5 also. For their overall presentation they
really did a great job so I will give them 4 out of 5.
