Dear Organizing Committee:

Greetings!

We are very proud to present you MR. JOHN ARGIEL L. VICTOR, our Teacher III Senior High
School Teacher, to be nominated as one of The Many Faces of The Teacher (2018). We are
nominating him because of the following qualifications:
1. What leadership qualities has the nominee exhibited in the school/community? Describe
the impact that the nominee has had in your school/community.

In his service in the school for 3 years as his head, I have observed the following
leadership qualities that he has:
 Mr. Victor is a Positive Thinker. He never loses hope. He never gives up even
majority of the team seems to give up. Even the things go wrong, he never sees it as
a failure but a challenge that we need to take in to achieve success.
 He is creative and resourceful. His creativity brings excellent achievements not only
for himself but also to the school.
 He has a Collaborative Skill. Being a leader, he never sees himself as an authority
but he sees himself as a member of the team that he needs to bring them to the top.
He leads his co-teachers by guiding them how to do such things. He leads them by
showing and demonstrating the things that they feel hard.
 He enjoys and love serving others. We see him as a person that never get tired. He
enjoys his work and willing the accept more as long as he can. You will never see him
complaining on the task you give to him.
 He faces the day and his team with a smile. He makes the group laugh and always
pays a smile in every encounter you will made with him. You will not see burden or
sadness when you see him working. Even his students truly love him.

 Mr Victor has a great and significant impact to his colleagues and especially to his
students. Most students admires him, especially his creativity and dedication in teaching.
His good qualities have been admired and followed by his students. Due to these qualities,
he was able to lead the Supreme Student Government together with his president to a
great success. Students were also motivated to do great and serve the community since
they see their adviser do it.

2. Compared to the other teachers who also exhibit the teacher quality of being hardworking,
creative and resourceful, what makes your nominee stand out as a role model for future
teachers?

Compared to other teachers who also exhibit the teacher quality of being hardworking,
creativity and resourceful, Mr. Victor stand outs as a role model to the future teachers
because he assures that his work is not only submitted correctly but he assures that it has
a quality. He always has a creative mind despite of the limited time that sometimes given
to him. He makes use of his time efficiently and diligently.

He is also open to any suggestions or comments that will help in improving himself and
his work. He also has an initiative. These qualities help a lot in accomplishing a great
output for the school and community.

Lastly and most of all, he stands out as a role model because of his good and positive
outlook and values in life. He not only works but he works and do with quality.

These qualities make him stand out as a role model for future teacher.

We, BENJIE D. BAUTISTA & REGGIE A. BATILLER, the old and new principal of the school, is
