DEFILEMENT
Today’s world following a strategic Balaamite program intended to oppose God and
destroy believers in Christ, has promoted and tolerated sexual passion and pursuit to
be most important pursuit of happiness. This ungodly and fallacious view on sexuality
was widespread in the Roman Empire (Rom 1:26-32) till Christ’s Gospel brought the
Saving Light of Truth to all humanity if only they would penitently believe (1Cor 6:9-
11). The Church has the duty of emancipating modern humanity again by rejecting
this lie, deep in our innermost being as Christians in order to proclaim the Truth afresh
to this generation.

It must be made clear that sexual concupiscence is not needed in life except for
marital reproduction (Matt 19:10-11; 1Cor 7:1, 7-8, 26-27, 37-38). The carnal and
pagan inflammation and provocation of sexual concupiscence as if one should not
or cannot do without it in life, is a demonic lie to excite lasciviousness and satanic
rebellion to promote sexual incontinency and defile humanity (Rom 1:26-29). But
fortunately, Christians have been given the grace to mortify sexual concupiscence
(Rom 6:6, 14; Col 3:5).

For Christians, any form of desire to satisfy sexual drive OUTSIDE THE
SOLEMNIZED MARRIAGE UNION should be resisted as a defiling temptation and
rejected as spiritually unhealthy and so should not be fantasized and cherished to be
pursued but brought under subjection and discipline. It is so unfortunate and
scandalizing from biblical point of view, that modern culture has again been
strategically reengineered to be so sex-centered that it has literally put people’s
heart and soul between their legs! By the means of demoniac Media, this generation
is being heavily psyched into becoming worse than dogs! This was the type of
demonic or occultist manipulation that Balaam the soothsayer of Mesopotamia and
Balak the King of Moab used to bring devastating divine judgment Israel in the matter
of Peor (Num 25:18; Josh 22:17). Thsir enchantment to curse failed at Bamoth Baal
(Num 22:41), then at Pisgah of Zophim ()Num 23:14) and finally at Peor (Num
23:28). When Balaam the false prophet could not curse Israel, he counselled Balak to
manipulate and entice Israel to the sin of sexual immorality in order to indirectly

provoke God’s wrath against the Israelites (Num 31:16), just as the Serpent did to Eve
in Eden.

There are today, Balaamite and serpentine false “Christians” who now opine that
extramarital sex and homosexuality are not sin if between two consensual partners and
masturbation is not sin if used for erotic release to avoid the temptation or danger of
fornication!!! They falsely claim that the Scripture is “silent” about homosexuality
and masturbation because these modern words were not used in the Scriptures. They
peddle the fallacy and folly that people should not be made to mortify the carnal
tendencies of homosexual and masturbation instincts and tendencies nor be made to
feel guilty about such sins since these are natural motions or orientations. Imagine
such twisted thinking and absurdity!!!

My brethren, if you have any of these intemperate and inordinate vileness springing
up in your affections, the powerful biblical approach is to purpose in your hearts (Dan
1:8) through the empowerment of Grace, never to cherish such vileness. Rather
Christians empowered by Grace ahould always resist the devil by gallantly turning
each of and every such moment of temptation into moments of prayers to God for
fervent devotion and intense warfare (Eph 6:10-18) till the devil and his vices get
behind (Luk 4:7-8). In this way, the devil will flee from you (Jas 4:7; 1Pet 5:8-9) and
the Holy Spirit fills your hearts with power and ardour. This simple step always works
powerfully for every believer committed to self-control and holiness.

The fact is that the Scripture is NOT silent about masturbation and other forms of
EROTIC NON-COITAL (Mental, Visual, Manual) SEXUAL STIMULATION AND
SATISFACTION. I have proffered simple Christian, charitable and powerful
measures on how to overcome homosexual tendencies in another write-up (). The
Scriptures condemn these vices describing them in so many ways and counsel
abstinence from and avoidance of same vile indulgences. Or else....
What was Jesus saying when He spoke about committing fornication erotically
with your eye and heart without actually having coital sex with anybody? (Mat
5:27-28)
What are inordinate affection, evil concupiscence and uncleanness? (Col 3:5)
What is lust and youthful lust? (2Tim 2:22)
What is lasciviousness (Gal 5:19; Eph 4:19; 1Pet 4:3)?
What is carousing (1Pet 4:3)?
What is excess dissipation (1Pet 4:4)?

The word "MASTURBATION" is a new word from 18th century but

LASCIVIOUS EROTICISM WITHOUT ACTUAL COITUS is not new and was
described with several words in ancient times and condemned as sinful by Christ and
His Apostles.

Matthew 5:27-28

(27) You have heard that it was said by them of old time, You shall not commit
adultery:
(28) But I [Jesus] say unto you, That whosoever LOOKS on a woman TO LUST
AFTER her has COMMITTED ADULTERY with her already in his heart.

Colossians 3:5-7
(5) Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; FORNICATION,
UNCLEANNESS, INORDINATE AFFECTION, EVIL CONCUPISCENCE, and
covetousness, which is idolatry:

(1) Since therefore Christ has suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with
the same mind: for he that has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin;
(2) That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the LUSTS of men,
but to the will of God.
(3) For the time past of our life will suffice us to have done the will of the Gentiles,
when we walked in LICENTIOUSNESS, LUSTS, excess of wine, REVELING,
CAROUSING, and abominable idolatries:
(4) In which they think it strange that you run not with them to the same EXCESS OF
DISSIPATION, speaking evil of you:
(5) Who SHALL GIVE ACCOUNT TO HIM THAT IS READY TO JUDGE THE
LIVING AND THE DEAD.

There are many Balaams in creeping into the Church these last days encouraging
people to permit or even pursue satisfaction of sexual passion without qualms about
whether it is sinful and leads to defiling of mind and body which are the temple of the
Holy Spirit for Christians. We must never forget that even cultural embraces and
hugs or cheek kisses and especially mouth kisses are not always complimentary
but masturbatory!
Revelation 2:14

(14) But I have a few things against you: You have there some who hold to THE
TEACHING OF BALAAM, the one who taught Balak to put a STUMBLING BLOCK
before the people of Israel so that they would eat food sacrificed to idols and
PRACTICE IMMORALITY.

CONCUPISCENCE AND INORDINATE AFFECTION ATTACK HUMANS

FROM THE HEART FIRST, BEFORE THEY LEAD TO ANY ACT.
WATCH OUT THROUGH ENABLING GRACE, TO COUNTER IT AT ANY OR
EVERY TIME WITH INSTANT CONCURRENT REBUFF AND PRAYERS -
JUST AS DESTRUCTIVE INTERFERENCE IS USED TO JAM RADIO WAVES
- AND YOU’LL ALWAYS OVERCOME!

DEALING WITH CONCUPISCENCE

Once you repent and give your life to Christ wholeheartedly, He gives you His
enabling Grace and empowering Holy Spirit to stand for God to please Him only
above all things.
Three things are needed by believers to deal with the temptation and sin of self-
defilement and sexual immorality.
Conviction is first.
Companion/Communication is second.
Concupiscence is third.
Deal with these three by divine wisdom and power, then you are free!

First: Be convinced it is never for you to indulge in.

Second: Keep away from and ward off boldly and plainly all companions that are
prone to communicate sexual indulgence. That must include IT and social media.
Third: Reject and refuse the foolishness to nurse and cherish sexual concupiscence in
your heart. It is dangerously evil and harmful not useful in any way, except in
marriage.

It is important to realize that the Media today is dominated by operators and

proprietors who believe in and are intent on using their vulgar and vile vogue,
vocal, verbal and visual productions as means of psychic enchantment to condition,
manipulate and enslave their clientele for compulsive and addictive patronage. That
is why the hyper-communicated world of recent times is so enmeshed into
debauchery, molestation, abuse and other excesses due to freaky manners and
emotional intemperance.

EVIL PASSIONS MUST BE CAST DOWN, MORTIFIED AND PUT OFF BY

THE POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.
Every unhealthy thought and emotion must be overthrown by a healthy and holy
thought and emotion.
When lust and concupiscence come knocking dispel and resist them by engaging
your thoughts and emotions with godly alternatives – get engaged in prayers, study

and meditation on the Word, refuse to cherish and nurture such evil thoughts and
emotions, but bind and cast them off giving them no room in your heart,
Abhor and contend against every argument and imaginations they suggest to your
mind.
In this way because God is on your side, you shall surely win always all round.

2Corinthians 10:4-5
4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the
pulling down of strongholds;)
5 Casting down arguments, and every high thing that exalts itself against the
knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of
Christ;

Colossians 3:5-8
5 Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness,
inordinate affection, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry:
6 For which things' sake the wrath of God comes on the children of disobedience:
7 In which you also once walked, when you lived in them.
8 But now you also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy talk out
of your mouth.

TEN STEPS TO VICTORIOUS EMOTIONAL SANITY AND SANCTITY

From the foregoing, we could in summary itemize ten victorious steps toward
emotional sanity and sanctity as follows:
1. Understand that sinful emotions are systematically being stirred and provoked
in every way today because of rebellion and reprobation (1Cor 15:33; Rom
1:22-26; 2Thes 2:9-12).
2. Understand that divine Grace through the Holy Spirit is freely and sufficiently
available for emotional sanctity (John 8:36; Tit 2:12).
3. Examine your faith and your ways for possible unbiblical pitfalls (2Cor 13:5).
4. Repent, refocus and resolve to fight the good fight of faith (1Tim 1:18-19; Jas
4:6-10).
5. Be prayerful and committed to divine pleasure and purity no matter the cost
(Eph 6:18).
6. Identify specific sinful emotions being stirred and provoked (1Pet 2:11).
7. Identify the stirring means and provoking modes (Rom 13:13-14).
8. Begin to avoid and counter the undesirable emotions and their provocations
(Gal 5:1; 2Tim 2:22).
9. Begin to stir up and pursue after godly emotions (Gal 5:16).
10. Change your associations, activities and lifestyles towards enhancing godly and
temperate emotions (Pro 23:20; 1Cor 5:11).
