Reknowned eccentric genius, Doctor Zharkov stunned the citizens of Mechanisberg with the unveiling
of a new experimental rocket, the X1 in a bold attempt to prove the concept of having a rocket that
could potentially take people to the Moon.

Doctor Zharkov released a statement to reporters at a remote mountain launch site that the X1
would be a test of the new rocket propulsion system and that the manned launch of the X1 on would be
the first step towards the future goal of a trip to the moon.

The launch was successful with Doctor Zharkov piloting the X1 initial reports of the rocket were that it
safely rocketed into the sky. But whether the rocket managed to reach orbit is another matter.
