Prefab
After a series of tests and
from our experience we choose as
the main structural component in the
exterior walls and the roof Ijoists, for
the slabs laminated timber and raw
timber for the interior walls.
For the thermal insulation
we use mainly natural material ar
wood fibers, straw and cellulose.
Careful attention was given
to the material that are used for a
well co-operation in time a for a good
permeability toward the outside.
What’s inside?
A passive house combines
all the conditions needed for obtainig
a comfortable every day living place.
All opaque components of
the exterior envelope of the house
must be very well-insulated.
The window frames must be
well insulated and fitted with low-e
glazings.
Efficient heat recovery
ventilation is key, allowing for a good
quality thermal insulation quality tripleglaze continuous indoor air quality and saving energy.
with a proper thickness windows airtight layer Uncontrolled leakage
through gaps must be smaller than
0.6 of the total house volume per
hour during a pressure test at 50
Pascal.
All edges, corners,
connections and penetrations must
be planned and executed with great
care, so that thermal bridges can be
avoided.
Our design team can work and provide for you a tailored experience, that
responds to your every needs, but if you already decided on an an architect we
will work together to ensure that all the proper steps are being implemented.
The walls and the ceiling we offer are semi-finished, ready to assemble, thus
reaching a substantial reduction of the construction time. Furthermore the
windows, doors and the wall sockets can be pre-installed in the factory.
Building with our system means a very reliable, long-lasting and a low
consumption of materials in the implementation of your house.
