YARN NOTES
I used 4 hanks of Bad Sheep DK yarn.
You’ll need 2 hanks MC and 2 hanks CC
Each hank of the DK is:
3.5 oz. / 240 yds.

PATTERN NOTES
You will not count your turning ch as a st.
My shawl, finished and blocked, measures 19” wide and 80” long.
Row 3 and on: Use your 4 stitch markers to mark each decrease within the body of your
shawl (not the outer edge decreases). This will make crocheting your shawl much easier.

SPECIAL STITCHES
Dc2togcl – Double crochet two together cluster – yo, insert hk into indicated st, yo and
pull up a lp, yo and pull through two, yo and insert hk into next st, yo and pull up a lp, yo
and pull through two, yo and insert hk into same st, yo and pull up a lp, yo and pull
through two, yo and pull through last 4 lps on hk.

Block it
1) Run your shawl under cold water, being sure not to rub it together too much.
2) Squeeze as much water as you can out of your shawl.
3) Lay your shawl out on a flat surface, making sure everything is straight and lined up in
the shape that you want the shawl to be. Let it sit, undisturbed, to dry.
4) Once dry, you can wear and enjoy!
