Abstract:

This monograph refers to the issue of Construction Prices, which represent the main link in

the execution of a work. At work are registered the main concepts that in one way or

another intervene in the process of developing the budgets. In addition, a brief assessment

is made relating the fundamental concepts present in the process. A Proposed Action Plan

has also been formulated for generalize the issues of calculation of budgets in the work of

the Civil Engineer. Finally elaborated an Analytical Program of the facultative subject:

Budgets, with the objective of encourage in the student the main skills to conform the

budget of a work and Make your preparation on the subject higher.
