 More over 03 years of experience worked as a Painting Engineer/Inspector, Directly relating to QA/QC and
construction with a wide range of industrial surface preparation and protective coating application with a
variety of paint systems for both Internal & External Surfaces. My overall experience contains is limited to
 Painting/Coating/Wrapping & Insulation for process/power Piping, pipeline, Tanks, Pressure Vessel in
Fertilizer, Oil Refinery, Oil & Gas sector projects in Pakistan.

 Study Contract and project specifications for developing Painting Procedures, Method Statements and Work
Instructions.
 Maintain the records of all the reports in the Company System and Client systems
 Ensuring that controlled copies of all relevant codes and specifications are available at the project and only
current documents are in use, in accordance with ‘Master Lists of Documents’
 Also took responsibility to control storage, handling and preservation of Painting Materials
 Participated in internal Quality Audits for evaluating operational processes are complying with the project
specifications, company procedures, international standards, applicable codes

 Completion of All painting and insulation works (piping, equipments, tanks etc.) as per ARL/International
standards and specifications also work with complying ARL/HEC QHSE policies.
 Supervision of Painting Shop and fabrication workshop for fabrication of insulation and cladding Material.
 Controlling and management of Indirect and Direct Manpower (QC and HSE Staff, Permit coordinators,
Foremen, painters, sand blasters, insulators, sheet metal fitters etc.)
