C) Requirements
1. The requirements for this contest are as follows:

2. All PAMB and PBTB cases must be submitted within the submission period and captured within the
capture period.
2.1. Cases submitted within the submission period must be captured by 31 October to be counted.
2.2. Cases submitted before or after the submission period will not be counted, regardless of whether or
not they are captured by 31 October.

3. Treatment for NQAs and Rookie Agents:


3.1. NQAs and Rookie Agents do not have to be validated to participate in this contest.
3.2. NQAs and Rookie Agents must use eSub production to participate in this contest.

4. Treatment for eSub:


4.1. Counted:
4.1.1. New Business cases that are submitted via PRUway plus / PruBSN mobility (“eSub platform”).
4.1.2. New Business cases that are not available on the eSub platform.
4.2. NOT Counted:
4.2.1. New Business cases that are available on the eSub platform but were not submitted via the eSub
platform.
4.3. Submission of new proposals via eSub must be made BEFORE 9.00pm. All submissions after this
deadline will be considered as the next day’s submission.

5. Treatment for Top Personal Sales:


5.1. Only one Top Personal Sales qualifier from each of the 8 regions can qualify for the iPhone XS 256GB
reward, i.e. one from Northern Region, one from Southern Region, one from Central 1 Region, one from
Central 2 Region, one from Central 3 Region, one from East Cost Region, one from Sabah and one from
Sarawak.
5.2. In the event of a tie, the number of New Business cases will be counted as the tie-breaker.

6. Treatment for Rewards:


6.1. Qualifiers of the iPhone XS 256GB reward will receive an Apple cash voucher equivalent to the cost of the
phone.
6.2. Each qualifier can qualify for a maximum of one reward only whichever is of higher value.

7. There will be strictly no appeals for this contest.

D) Production Credit
1. TPC = A (Conventional Life + Takaful Life) + B (Credit Points)

2. A (Conventional Life + Takaful Life)


2.1. Consists of 100% count for all Conventional Life and Takaful Life Premiums / Contributions.
2.2. Exception: PRUwealth PRUallocator, PRUlink million PRUallocator, PruBSN Warisan Saver, Platinum
Saver, and Anugerah Medic Allocator will be counted as 100% in (A).

3. B (Credit Points)
3.1. Consists of 10% count for Single Premium / Contribution Products, 10% PSA and 10% Cash Builder.
3.1.1. All other PSA products not mentioned in 2.2 will be counted at 10%.
3.2. (B) is subject to a maximum of 25% of (A).

E) Case Count
1. Minimum case size for all New Business eSub is 1,800 Life API / ACI and will be counted as 1.0 case.
1.1 Exception: PRUlady, PRUcancer X, PruBSN Warisan and PruBSN Anugerah with case size below 1,800 Life
API / ACI will be counted as 0.5 cases.
2. The total number of cases will be rounded down, e.g. 1.5 cases will be counted as 1 case.
3. All Single Premium / Contribution Products, PSA and Cash Builder will not be counted.
3.1. Exception: PRUwealth PRUallocator, PRUlink million PRUallocator, PruBSN Warisan Saver, Platinum
Saver, and Anugerah Medic Allocator will be counted as 100% Life.

The General Provisions on page 3 will apply to all contests in this circular.
General Provisions

1. Treatment of rewards.
1.1. All qualifiers must maintain a valid contract with the Company at the time of receiving the reward.
1.2. Reward items won are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable and not exchangeable in lieu of cash
or any other benefits in kind, unless otherwise specified.
1.3. Incentive Trip rewards will be managed according to the Agency Incentive Trip Management Guidelines,
unless otherwise specified.
1.4. Rewards are subject to tax, in accordance with the requirements of the Inland Revenue Board (IRB).

2. Production / case count from new business / endorsements which are found to be reduced or cancelled,
within the contest period or within 6 months from the end of the contest period, will be adjusted
accordingly.
2.1. The adjustment applies to CFI, lapsation, removal of riders, and any other action that causes a reduction
in premiums / contributions.
2.2. The Company reserves the right to claw back rewards, where applicable.

3. Treatment for production / cases Cancelled From Inception (CFI).


3.1. Any production or case count from policies which are submitted and captured within the contest period
and subsequently cancelled, will be deducted for this contest.
3.2. The Company reserves the rights to claw back the relevant rewards, if after the contest period CFI
causes a qualifier’s reward to change.

4. Treatment for Lapsation.


4.1. Any production or case count from policies which are submitted and captured within the contest period
and subsequently lapsed, will be deducted for this contest.
4.2. Any policy that lapses within the contest period must be revived within the same contest period, to
avoid deduction of production and case count.

5. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Agency Leader / Agent from receiving the relevant awards,
or claw back the relevant rewards, in the following situations, but not limited to these situations only:
5.1. The Agency Leader / Agent is found to have breached any requirements stipulated by the Company, or
any provision in his / her Agency Agreement with the Company, or if he / she is found to have breached
his / her fiduciary duties to PAMB.
5.2. The Agency Leader / Agent has placed production / case count under their spouse, or under any other
Agency Leader / Agent.
5.3. The Agency Leader / Agent has policies that are detected under premium churning.

6. The Company’s decision on all matters relating to any contest or reward will be final and binding on all
persons participating in the contest or reward.
6.1. The Company reserves the right at its absolute discretion to amend, delete or add to any of the rules
and general provisions from time to time, if and when it is necessary, without prior notice.
