carry out this project work.

I wish to express my deep sense of gratitude to my Internal Guide, Ms. K Thulasi,

Scientific Staff, National Centre for Science Information, Indian Institute of
Science for her able guidance and useful suggestions, which helped me in completing the
project work, in time.

Needless to mention that Mr.Filber Minj, Scientific Officer, who had been a source
of inspiration and for his timely guidance in the conduct of our project work. I would also
like to thank Mr. Manu Rajan, Ms. K T Anuradha and Mr Francis Jayakanth of National

First and foremost, we would like to thank to our supervisor of this

project, Mr.kaylash Divan for the valuable guidance and advice. He
inspired us greatly to work in this project. Her willingness to motivate us
contributed tremendously to our project. I would like to thank his for
showing us some example that related to the topic of our project.
Besides I would like to thank the college of SBR for
providing us with a good environment & facility’s to complete this
project. Also I would like to take this opportunity to thank to the Director
of BBA dept.of SBR College for offering of this project. It gave us an
opportunity to participate &learn about the recruitment process &
policies.
