PULAU KUMALA

Kumala Island is said to be an English colonial shipwreck that has been overgrown with various
typical Kalimantan trees and in 2000 it was converted into a superior tourist spot in Kutai
Kartanegara.
Tickets for entering the island of Kumala are very cheap, only around Rp. 7,000-10,000. Inside the
island of Kumala there are various kinds of rides and facilities including Sky Tower as high as 75
Meters, Mini Train, Merry Go Round, Tourist Transport Car, Cable Car, Trampoline and bicycle.
Island of Kumala has benefits as a means of entertainment for the people around Tenggarong. If
you visit Kumala Island, you should be able to bring enough money and a camera to spot photos
in places that have been provided.

WADUK
Waduk Panji Sukarame is a reservoir which is also used as a recreation area located in Panji
Sukarame Village, Tenggarong, Kutai Kartanegara and is a very good recreation park to be
enjoyed with the natural scenery and calm reservoir water. Tickets for visiting this place range
from Rp. 5,000
The facilities are also very good including there are duck boats, suspension bridges, kindergartens,
and also huts made of wood which can be used as a resting place while enjoying the scenery there.
This banner reservoir has the benefit as a suitable entertainment facility while having free time
with family to eliminate the feeling of strees due to the beautiful scenery. If you visit this place,
you have to bring a camera to take pictures with your family because it's a pity if you miss this
scene.

MUSEUM KAYU
The Museum Kayu Tuah Himbah is a museum built by the 1990's in the form of a distinctive
house in the center of East Borneo.
To get in there we'll only have to pay Rp.5000 for adults and Rp.3000 for children.
There we could see the timber, log, grain and the leaves and the knowledge of wooden diseases
and many more. But the most interesting thing in this museum are two huge estuarine crocodiles
preserved.
With this museum we can learn about wood and knowledge of the history that are in East Borneo.
If you visit this place, you must bring a camera so you can capture the preservation of East Borneo
in the museum.

LADAYA
Ladang Budaya or also called Ladaya is a place built in 2002 and run by The International
Foundation of Kutai Kartanegara.
To enter the Ladaya, the visitors do not have to reach a large money because the entrance fee for
adults is only Rp 10,000 and Rp 5,000 for children.
The facility that you will find is a fish pond and a relaxing place, and then there's a paintball, the
unique, triangular buildings, like a tent, but a permanent structure made of wood and over an
artificial pond, the garden of miniature animals and many more.
The ladaya itself is often used as an open hall to display art. If you visit the ladaya, don't forget to
bring your camera.

MUSEUM MULAWARMAN

Mulawarman Museum is a palace from the Kutai Kartanegara Sultanate built in 1963 as a
substitute for the previous Palace which was burned and was inaugurated on November 25, 1971
by Governor Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie, then handed over to the Ministry of Education and Culture
on February 18, 1976. Entrance ticket to be able to see the contents of this museum ranges from
Rp. 10,000 for adults and Rp. 5,000 for children. In this museum there are various kinds of places
that can be used as one of our insights ranging from various kinds of historical relics of Kutai
Kartanegara, Basement, Miniature of Borobudur Temple and various kinds of musical
instruments. The benefits of this place are as an insight into our ability to get to know Kutai
culture well. If you visit this place, bring a camera so that you can capture various moments or
images of events in the Kutai kingdom in the past.
