passenger"s expectation.

boarding point
2. The passengers are requested to arrive at the boarding point 30 minutes prior to bus
departure time. If not, the ticket will be considered cancelled.
3. Without a paper copy of the ticket, passengers will not be allowed to board the bus.
4. The bus operator reserves the right to cancel/delay trips, change buses and change seats
due to unavoidable reasons.

operates, the ticket will be honored.
5. During Eid travel, bus operators reserve the right to CANCEL / DELAY trips or
change BUSES / SEATS due to unavoidable reasons, which is beyond Shohoz.com's
control. The above mentioned trip time is only tentative.
6. This ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE and strictly NON-
TRANSFERABLE.
7. In case of trip cancellations during Eid, passengers are requested to
claim the refund for their tickets from respective bus operators /
counters. Shohoz.com will not be responsible for any delays in
processing their refunds.Fees charged by payment gateways & mobile
payment gateways (e.g. bKash) are non refundable due to the policies
of the respective organizations, which is beyond Shohoz.com’s
control. Shohoz Fee is also non-refundable.
