JOB DESCRIPTION
1) Complete finalization of books of accounts, ensure timely and accurate
documentation.
2) Preperation and finalisation of Financial Statements independently including fund
flow and cash flow statement.
3) Filling of GST Return, TDS return, Income Tax Return.
4) Preperation of Project Report.
5) Ensuring proper capitalisation of Fixed Assets and preparation of Fixed Assets
Register.
6) Direct and Indirect tax compliances and relevant accounting standards. Ensure that the
company comply with all legal and regulatory requirements. Monitor all open legal
issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry.
7) ESI and EPF compliances with payment of taxes and filling of returns without any
delay.
8) Bank and inter-company balance reconciliation. Obtaining balance confirmation from
case of debtors and creditors.
9) MIS Compliances, payment of taxes and filling of relevant returns.
10) Cash handling for day to day activities and cash management. Ensure adequate cash
flow to meet the organization's needs.
11) Prepare and present Monthly MIS with variance explanation. Calculation of
Variances with cost analysis and management, analyzing variances and accordingly
developing improvements.
12) To evaluates the possible risks and devises risk management procedures with special
attention to the key risk areas.
13) Identifies problems and gives the company a scope to correct the issues at hand.
14) Good knowledge of conducting Statutory Audit, Internal Audi, Tax Audit.
15) Develop , implement and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting
policies and procedures
16) Monitor business and banking activities of the organization.
17) Establishes finance operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical
measurements; determining production, productivity, quality.
18) Develops finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting
information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction;
establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
19) Stock management and stock audit.
20) Team handling and team management. Act as a helping hand to team members and
maintain proper co-ordination with team members.
21) Responsible for various tax cases and have to handle them independently.
22) Liasoning with various stakeholders and banking authorities.
23) Bills receivable and payable.
24) Must possess good knowledge of excel.
25) All other miscellaneous accounting and taxation work and activities as may be
required at any time
