1. Do you think it is important to hire employees who fit into the company culture? Why or why

not?

- Hiring employees who understand and exemplify company values serves to reinforce the

organization's mission and vision and create a tighter team. Good cultural fit can also

lead to greater job satisfaction, higher commitment on the job, and higher loyalty level to

the company. Employees hired because they fit with company values can represent the

company as much as they can and preach the company’s mission and goals to others.

They even make for great recruiters, as they are likely to help bring in talented people who

will fit in with the culture of the company.

2. List questions that you think would ask in a future-oriented situational interview?
- "Tell me what you believe your best qualities are."

- "Do you like working in a team?"

- "Give me an example of a time when you had to conform to a policy with which you did

not agree."

- "Tell me about a time when you coached an underperformer to become an exceptional

employee. What were your biggest challenges/rewards in doing so?"

- "Tell me about a time when you had to deal with an irate customer. How did you resolve

the issue?"

- "Describe a project or task that required close attention to details in order to keep the

project on track. How did these matters come to your attention? How did you handle

them?"
