Dear Mr. Keshav,

Please note the following points have been discussed on 26.09.2018 with M/S Positive metering.
The points in green have been resolved. Points in pink are open:-

 Vendor has complied.
3. Please note that motor rating shall be arrived at by considering 15% margin over the
duty point input or 10% over the maximum demand of the driven equipment whichever
is higher, considering highest system frequency and voltage variation. Hence values for
the following need to be provided in datasheets to justify the selected motor ratings:-
 BKW at duty point,

revised as ‘Local manual through micrometer dial and remote manual from control panel’
as per our tender requirements.
 Vendor has confirmed that all CWT pumps will be ‘auto stroke control’.
15. Vendor to note that for Scale inhibitor dosing pumps (CWT), Corrosion inhibitor dosing
pumps (CWT) & Biocide dosing pumps (CWT), there are several deviations from our
tender requirements regarding MOC in the offer. Vendor to comply with all the tender
